Gamerie — Community Guidelines

Gamerie is a place for players, teams, and organizers to compete, connect, and grow. These guidelines exist to keep it safe, fair, and welcoming for everyone — from grassroots players in their first tournament to established competitive organizations.

By using the Platform, you agree to these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Gamerie.

1. Be respectful

• Treat every person on the Platform with respect regardless of their skill level, background, nationality, language, or region.

• Harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated.

• No content that is violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful to others.

• Absolutely no content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors under any circumstances.

2. Play fair

• No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, match-fixing, account sharing, or smurfing (skilled players using new accounts to compete against lower-ranked players).

• No manipulation of tournament brackets, results, or prize payouts.

• Respect tournament rules and the decisions of tournament administrators.

• Disputes must be raised through Gamerie’s official support process — not through harassment of other users or administrators.

3. Keep it legal

• No spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent activity of any kind.

• No sharing of content you do not have the right to share, and no infringement of intellectual property rights.

• No illegal activity, including any form of unlawful gambling or betting on or through the Platform.

• No promotion of illegal substances, weapons, or activities.

4. Protect the community

• Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or Gamerie staff.

• Do not share other people’s private or personal information without their consent.

• Do not use automated bots, scripts, or tools to manipulate Platform activity, inflate metrics, or generate fake accounts.

• If you see something that concerns you, report it. Use the report tools on the Platform or contact safety@gamerie.gg.

5. Special care for younger players

Gamerie has players of all ages, including minors under 18. Everyone on the Platform is responsible for keeping interactions appropriate.

• Adults must never seek to privately contact or communicate with minors outside of legitimate tournament or team activity.

• Any grooming, exploitation, or inappropriate contact with a minor will result in immediate permanent removal from the Platform and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Any concern about the safety of a minor on the Platform should be reported immediately to safety@gamerie.gg. We treat all such reports as urgent.

6. Content standards

• Keep your profile, posts, and communications accurate. Do not spread misinformation or impersonate others.

• No graphic violence, gore, or disturbing content.

• No sexual or suggestive content on public profiles or in community spaces.

• Gamerie branding and assets may not be used without permission outside of the Platform.

7. Consequences

Breaking these guidelines can result in:

• Content removal

• A formal warning

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent removal from the Platform

• Reporting to game publishers, local authorities, or other relevant bodies where required

The severity of the consequence reflects the severity of the violation. We reserve the right to act immediately and without prior warning for serious violations — particularly those involving minors, fraud, or illegal activity.
