1. Who we are

Gamerie Corp (“Gamerie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company incorporated in Delaware, USA. Our registered address is 1111b South Governors Avenue, STE 58952, Dover, DE 19904, United States. We operate the Gamerie platform, including the website at gamerie.gg, related subdomains (such as mvp.gamerie.gg and tournaments.gamerie.gg), and associated mobile and web applications (together, the “Platform”).

2. The data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

You provide directly:

• Account and profile data: name, surname, username, email address, phone number, date of birth, country/region, profile photo.

• Gaming profile data: games you play, platforms you use, teams you belong to, achievements, and other information you add to your profile.

• Content you post: feed posts, comments, clips, screenshots, and messages.

• Tournament data: tournaments you enter, results, and where applicable, payment-related information processed by our payment provider.

Collected automatically:

• Usage and device data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, and similar analytics data.

• Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.

From third parties:

• If you connect a third-party gaming account (e.g. Steam, Riot Games), we may receive limited profile data from those services as you authorise.

3. Why we use your data

4. Verified competitive records and aggregated data

A core part of Gamerie is building a verified record of competitive activity. Where you participate in tournaments and matches on the Platform, we record results and associated performance data tied to your profile.

We may create aggregated and de-identified datasets and insights from Platform activity — data from which individual users cannot reasonably be re-identified. Data concerning minors is excluded from any such datasets under all circumstances.

5. Who we share data with

• Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email, identity verification, payments). These act under contract and only on our instructions.

• Stripe Connect: payments and prize disbursements are processed by Stripe. Your payment data is handled under Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.

• Legal / safety: where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Platform.

We do not sell your identifiable personal data.

6. International transfers

We operate globally and may transfer your data to countries outside your own, including the USA. Where we transfer data out of the EU/EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep data

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK users have these rights under GDPR. Users in India (DPDP Act), Nigeria (NDPA), Kenya (DPA), and other regions have comparable rights under local law.

9. Children and minors

Gamerie is not intended for children under 16. We apply age-gating and parental consent measures described in our Minors & Age-Gate Policy. We do not knowingly collect data from children below the applicable age without verifiable parental consent. Minors’ data is excluded from all aggregated data products and any third-party sharing.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a revised “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you directly.
